Conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis can develop if proper precautions are not taken. 2. Neck and Back Pain: Sitting at a computer for extended periods can lead to neck and back pain due to poor posture. Slouching or straining to see the screen can cause muscle tension and discomfort over time. 3.
